January 2015 edit

Hello, I'm Donner60. I wanted to let you know that I undid one of your recent contributions —the one you made with this edit to Bureau of Health Professions— because it didn’t appear constructive to me. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Donner60 (talk) 22:08, 27 January 2015 (UTC)Reply

I am deleting the above message in the manner prescribed by the guidelines (strike through) because of your explanation on my talk page. (You were not logged in when you placed the message so it was shown under your IP address). The first sentence of an article invariably uses the name of the article. I suggest that you change the first sentence to past tense and add the information about the consolidation and change of name. It would be best to cite a source so that the edit will not be challenged by anyone else. The probable ultimate solution would be to change the title of the article and place a redirect to the new article on the old page. Another possibility would be to link to a new page for current and future information and leave old information on the old page. I hope the following welcome message will be helpful to you. Thanks for your contribution and I hope you will continue to make them. Donner60 (talk) 22:34, 27 January 2015 (UTC)Reply
