Thanks for comment on my talk page. It is always a pleasure to have experts in a field contribute to a topic - good that you have signed up. As a gentle pointer, please note the policies regarding WP:SPAM and WP:External links, as one should not normally add a link to a website one is directly connected to (considered vanity and risks being seen as lacking perspective, whether or not so), instead one should suggest the website link on the article's talk page and let another editor add if approproate.

That said I thought your analysis of positive predictive value greatly helped the article, and I enjoyed reading the website even if some of the maths to weight significance was beyond me. It seems an important point in moving from a dry statistical calculation of a test to the "art" of the humane interpreting of the worth of a test) :-) David Ruben Talk 17:42, 2 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

Look forward to your contributions to related topics on medical screening tests; both individual specific screenings and the somewhat pervasive underlying attitude in assuming that all conditions can be screen for both successfully and without any harm (psychological or physical side-effects).David Ruben Talk 17:48, 2 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

Citing yourself

edit

Please see guidelines on conflict of interest, specifically citing yourself. Also note that wikipedia requires reliable sources which I don't think your website satisfies. Tayste (edits) 00:14, 20 May 2015 (UTC)Reply
