Hummingbird Hawk-moth FPC

Hi! You supported the Hummingbird Hawk-moth FPC (like everyone else who commented), but HighInBC uploaded an edit that absolutely no-one commented on. I can't promote the image without knowing which version to promote, so now I have to ask everyone which version they prefer. Would you mind specifying which image you are supporting? Thanks. Mbaqanga article

I have tried to fix the POV problem with the Mbaqanga article, deleted some irrelevant text, and added some updated detail.

Please have a look, and if you are satisfied, be kind enough to remove the POV plate.

Hi DocDee, thanks for your note. You are welcome to remove the POV template yourself if you feel that the problems have been resolved. It's not just up to the person who put it there in the first place. I am no expert on Mbaqanga myself; I had just notice that there were significant problems with the article at the time. Yeah, thanks, go ahead and delete that one too. I thought I had put a template on it, but I guess I missed it. (I was trying to remember how to see all the pages in my userspace, but couldn't figure it out!) No worries about irritating experiences. I'm available if I can be specifically useful, but I don't tend to research computer stuff for Wikipedia (I do enough of that in "real life"); generally anything I do in C. Project Gender Studies

Speedy deletion of Template:User WikiProject Common Era

A tag has been placed on Template:User WikiProject Common Era requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section T3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a deprecated or orphaned template. After seven days, if it is still unused and the speedy deletion tag has not been removed, the template will be deleted.
