How about the teams he was on can I put those on again with the source? User:CrocGator|CrocGator]]

Kwang-Chou-Wan edit

Hey, I know it's been a while since you wrote most of the article, but would you happen to have any sources? (Specifically for the lead statement regarding the territorial boundaries and land area of the concession, and also for the 1935 population figure; I've been able to find sources for most of the other stuff.) Thanks and Happy New Year! cab 08:14, 1 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Thank you edit

As a contributor to the Rufus Thomas page, and (I think) the guilty party who messed up early life, I thank you for improving that section. I added quite a bit of Rufus Thomas content without references or attribution (mostly from personal discussions with him) and, as an infrequent Wikipedia contributor, don't know if the lack of references is acceptable. Anyway, I wanted to thank you for your repairs to the early life section, which reads much better now.

Thomas Playford IV edit

Hey there Roisterer. Any advice you can offer on my recent rewrite of this article? michael talk 13:49, 8 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Now that you mention that particular incident, I wish I could remember where in my books it was so I could reference it. And regards the naming convention, I realise how tricky it is to absorb it, but I can't renumber all the Tom's—popular convention still starts the numbering at the Pastor, the first Playford in South Australia. Regards Gumeracha, some of my ancestors represented the district, and (by relation) I have access to their private papers at the State Library. I do wonder if there might be anything useful there on the districts. Any other qualms? michael talk 03:08, 9 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Chilean edits edit

Hello, Roisterer/2007 Archive, since you have made several edits to articles about Chile, you may be interested in looking at the Wikipedia:Chile-related regional notice board to pick up on other topics that need attention, or to express needs which you perceive pertaining to Chile. Ferdinand I of Bulgaria‎ edit

I am very new to wikipedia (Oct. 06) and I do not pretend to know all of the ins and outs, however, I am curious when you say you “removed double mention of Clementine” but it was not removed. You did remove the parents birth/death dates that I added which I don’t understand because this type of knowledge seems to be all over wikipedia articles and is probably why I like it so much. I feel that the dates are important even if to provide someone with immediate access to simply see what else happened or who else might have been a contemporary. Again what do I know and I certainly enjoy the experience of wikipedia and if it is not desirable to have dates I will try not to insert them. I like Biographies & histories but I am passionate about historic contemporary events, trivia, or people. Thanks for listening, but even more thanks for all you have done for wikipedia. WikiProject Rugby union edit

I was wondering if you were interested in joining WikiProject Rugby union? You seem to be an experienced and competent editor, and we would greatly appreciate helping us out with some rugby union related content. Thanks a lot. - Shudda talk 04:30, 31 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Re: edit

Thanks for the kind words. I'll probably keep working on the LM, and something interesting after that. Again, thank you! michael talk 09:39, 17 February 2007 (UTC)Reply

Vic Isaacs edit

This edit was apparently made by Vic Isaacs himself. Do you know anything about the background of the "being bullied into retirement" remark made there ? Tintin 09:36, 20 February 2007 (UTC)Reply

Bob Quinn edit

Yes, you beat me to starting the article ... if only good intentions were currency, I would be a rich man. :) And yes, John Wood's writings really should be used as he of all people knew Port inside out, but sadly I too lack access at the moment. Thanks for getting the article underway - you have done a very good job giving credit to a very brave & talented player (how he could win the MM after busting up his knee in the war is beyond me). DYK edit

On February 23, 2007, Did you know? was updated with a fact from the article Bruce Smith (Australian politician), which you created or substantially expanded. If you know of another interesting fact from a recently created article, then please suggest it on the "Did you know?" talk page.

Many thanks for your contributions Roisterer, you've earnt the pictured slot on DYK. Blnguyen (bananabucket) 06:54, 23 February 2007 (UTC)Reply

American Cricket edit

Thanks a lot for your support on my American cricket contributions, Roisterer. My pride and joy right now is Bart King. If you can offer any input on that or John Lester, that would be great. I've just recently gotten my hands on a scan of relevant pages of The Tented Field, but haven't had a chance to look at it. Thanks again for the kind words and encouragement. Have a great day.--Eva bd 13:27, 19 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

Sadly, that's not how Wikipedia works. I am not an expert in the field of transsexual whistlers, so I wouldn't know what the right information is. However, I do know when something is making outrageous and unverified claims. Are you really going to expect an eulogy to show an honest description of what a person's life was like? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Rebent (talkcontribs) 16:58, 22 March 2007 (UTC).Reply
