Request reason:

My account and/or IP address has clearly been the target of hacking. I have had never had any trouble with my account in the 3 years that I have had it. I believe the reason I was targeted is because I am the individual responsible for making a major edit to the article in question {Rocket Records} back in 2010, which has remained on the page for the past 3 years. Judging by what I am able to see in the View History, the hacker or hackers targeted me for reasons suited to their own agenda. The Wikipedia employee Yunshui is saying that my account was created to be a sock puppet, but I have had this account for 3 years and the hackers accounts are days old according to Yunshui's reasons why I am being blocked. Can Wikipedia help me please?

Decline reason:

Well, if your account has been hacked, then we certainly can't unblock this account; see WP:GOTHACKED. I do find it odd that you have exactly two edits: this unblock request, and one edit years ago to exactly the same article that the "hackers" you mention have been targeting. Note that those "hackers" are indeed using the same IP as you, and, apparently, the same computer. --jpgordon::==( o ) 18:34, 4 March 2013 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

A helpful call to my Internet provider has provided me with proof that my IP address was tampered with and masked. I can provide phyiscal proof to WIkipedia that my personal computer was never used for any sort of wrongful activity. y Internet provider is prepared to fully help on my behalf too if warrented. The issue is not with this Wikipedia account {RocketCRP5}, so I do not see why I could not use it again because I have had it for 3 years with a clean history and would like to keep it if there are no risks to doing so. You are the second Wikipedia employee that is blocking me and saying that it is your opinion I have done something wrong because of loca area hackers tampering with a mask of my IP address to mess with my article contribution in 2010. Which supervisor or authority at Wikipedia can rightfully help me use my account?
