Re: Tagging article

edit

Hi! There's a couple of things you can do:

1. Add the {{out of date|section}} template to the section of the article that is out of date (see {{out of date}} for details).
2. Edit the article to update it. If the information in the article is inaccurate, you can always be bold and edit it. If the previously-accurate information is sourced, it might be worth finding an alternate source with updated information.
3. Raise the concern on the article talk page. Another editor might have a reliable source and will be happy to make the edit right away, or you might get responses agreeing that you should make the edit. You should also do this if you choose option 2 but your edit is subsequently reverted.

I hope that helps. Feel free to shoot me another note if any of that needs clarification. Cheers, Stalwart111 23:03, 6 May 2013 (UTC)Reply

Re: Nominating an article for deletion

edit

Easiest way is to enable the WP:Twinkle tool-set which has a great XfD function. Alternatively, you can let me know which article you're looking at and I can do it for you, or at least give you some policy-based advice on why it shouldn't be nominated if that's the case.
