Hi Roberta, apologies for any offence by removing that text, but as you can see it is identical to the text published in the Variety obituary, which is credited to "Variety staff", and as far as any reasonable person can tell is copyright to Variety. If in fact you or someone from the Peterson estate wrote and holds copyright in that text published in Variety, you will need to make that clear by declaring your rights to the piece and releasing the text under the CC-BY-SA 3.0 and GFDL licences.
