Userfy

"Userfy" means to move the page into a subsection of your user space; see WP:USERFY. Basically, it would mean to create a page at User:RobDMB/Last Man Standing (Ryan Shupe & the Rubberband album). The album has been released and reliable sources have reviewed it, so I don't see much purpose in userfying it. Speedy deletion of Image:RS&RB Promo Photo.jpeg

A tag has been placed on Image:RS&RB Promo Photo.jpeg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section I4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an image with an unknown source or an unknown copyright status which has been tagged as such for more than 7 days, and it still lacks the necessary information.

Ryan Shupe & the Rubberband

Hi. WP:NFC states that cover art may be used "for identification only in the context of critical commentary of that item (not for identification without critical commentary)" and that it is unacceptable to use "an album cover as part of a discography, as per the above." Also MOS:DISCOG says "It is generally discouraged to include copyrighted materials in discographies, even when Fair use is claimed. Fair-use material is generally not considered to be essential to the reader's understanding of a discography, and so is typically only cosmetic in nature. This includes but is not limited to album covers, audio samples, and promotional photos."

Per the above, Vanessa Carlton's album covers should be removed from her discography as well. Eric444 (talk) 19:55, 16 July 2008 (UTC)

Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.
