Born and brought up in Madanapalli, chittoor district. He finished Bachelor Degree under SV university, Tirupathi in Annie Besant theosophical college, Madanapalli. He used to write play-lets and short stories in college days. Later he went to Hyderabad to work for film industry. He joined as an assistant cameraman to Mr. S.Gopal Reddy a popular cameraman for 2 years. And worked as a co-writer for few films.
In 2004, he became popular by the film Analuguru one of the classics among Telugu films, as a script writer. He penned story, screen play and dialogs to Aanaluguru.- starred Dr. Rajendreaprasad
In 2006, under his own banner "Aanaluguru films" he had written, produced and directed a film" Pellaina Kothalo "- starred Jagapathi Babu and Priyamani. which was a super hit and done well at box office.
In 2008, under banner United movies he had written directed Gunde Jhallumandi starred Udaykiran and Adithi Sarma..Its an average film.
In 2009, under banner Tolly to holly he had written directed Pravarakyudu starred Jagapathibabu and Priyamani., which was critically acclaimed but average at box office.
