Request reason:

Caught by an open proxy block but this host or IP is not an open proxy. My IP address is 203.219.205.246. I am currently logged into Wikipedia with School Wifi, which may be the cause, however I have not done anything to warrant a block, which is why I am asking for the block to be removed. Hi! Thank you so much for your response! I'm currently in the process of spinning off this article from the main Melbourne High School article, as it's been flagged for having too much intricate detail, specifically in the History section. However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion.
