The page Draft:4D Miner Wiki doesn't at present have any substantial content, and appears to serve no purpose other than publicising a wiki on Fandom. Since that is contrary to Wikipedia’s policy against using Wikipedia for promotion of any kind, I shall delete the page. You are, of course, very welcome to start making contributions to the encyclopaedia, in line with Wikipedia policies and guidelines, if you are interested in doing so, but if your only interest is in attracting people to your Fandom wiki, then Wikipedia is not the right place to do it. Speedy deletion nomination of Draft:4D Miner Wiki

edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Draft:4D Miner Wiki, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. nearlyevil665 09:51, 1 June 2022 (UTC)Reply

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to introduce inappropriate pages to Wikipedia, you may be blocked from editing. If you need guidance on how to create appropriate pages, try using the Article Wizard. Almost all of us, when we start editing Wikipedia, know little or nothing about Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, so nobody can be blamed for starting out doing things that are contrary to policies and guidelines that they don't know about. However, continuing to do the same things after being told about the relevant policies and guidelines is a different matter.JBW (talk) 10:29, 1 June 2022 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing, because it is clear that you are not here not to contribute to building the encyclopedia, but to use Wikipedia as a webhost for things unrelated to work for Wikipedia. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may request an unblock by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. Request reason:

'I have learnt from my past mistakes and I think it has been long enough to prove that.'

Decline reason:

I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
  • the block is no longer necessary because you
    1. understand what you have been blocked for,
    2. will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
    3. will make useful contributions instead.

Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. Yamla (talk) 13:40, 23 July 2023 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:

I understand what I was blocked for 1 year ago, but as it's been 1 year I think I should be unblocked because now, the only thing I'll use this account for is fixing typos and updating information on existing pages, yes, I know what I did 1 year ago was wrong & stupid and I shouldn't have done that, but I personally think 1 year is long enough and I would like to please be unblocked. RickDoesYT (talk) 10:51, 24 July 2023 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

I think you can be unblocked. However, before we unblock you, we'd like to know that you understand our rules. It would help if you explained what rule you broke and why it shouldn't be broken. You don't have to write an essay or apologize. Just give us a brief explanation like "I shouldn't let my cat drive the car because cats are generally very poor drivers, and they might cause car accidents. In the future, I'll drive the car myself and keep my cat in the passenger seat." It's been a while, so if you're don't remember what exactly got you blocked, see Special:Diff/1090941806 and Special:Diff/1090955478. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 15:24, 24 July 2023 (UTC)Reply

In order to be unblocked, admin need to be confident that you understand what you did wrong and that it won't happen again. Please outline the actions that led to your block, and describe what you should have done instead. Z1720 (talk) 14:11, 24 July 2023 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

I won't create pages linking to Fandom (or any other website) and leave the page just that as I did 1 year ago because it is advertisement and advertisement is bad because it doesn't contribute to Wikipedia. RickDoesYT (talk) 16:23, 24 July 2023 (UTC)Reply

Accept reason:

I am happy to give you another chance. I hope you will now have a successful time as a contributor to Wikipedia. JBW (talk) 20:09, 1 August 2023 (UTC)Reply

This is a good start, but I also need to feel confident that you understand what promotional language is. Please answer the following questions:

  1. What is promotional language, and why is it not allowed on Wikipedia? (WP:PROMO) Please be as specific as possible and use your own words.
  2. If unblocked, what articles do you intend to edit? What topics are you interested in editing?
  3. Please pick an article that you would like to edit. Please post what you would add to the article (one or two sentences is fine). Be sure to cite the information.

Thanks. Z1720 (talk) 18:59, 30 July 2023 (UTC)Reply

I am willing to consider unblocking your account to give you another chance. However, there is one point which you need to clear up. In UTRS appeal #76158, Deepfriedokra suggested that you had been evading your block by editing logged out. Is that so? If so, can you tell us what you did and why? JBW (talk) 16:42, 1 August 2023 (UTC)Reply

Misunderstanding on my part. -- Deepfriedokra (talk) 17:33, 1 August 2023 (UTC)Reply
Thanks for clearing that up, Deepfriedokra. JBW (talk) 20:10, 1 August 2023 (UTC)Reply
