Speedy deletion nomination of The Mossimovies Movie

edit

A tag has been placed on The Mossimovies Movie requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for web content. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. ttonyb (talk) 23:16, 20 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of The Mossimovies Movie

edit

A tag has been placed on The Mossimovies Movie, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to have no meaningful content or history, and the text is unsalvageably incoherent. If the page you created was a test, please use the sandbox for any other experiments you would like to do. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard. Feel free to leave a message on my talk page if you have any questions about this.

Orphaned non-free image File:A THOUSAND SUNS.jpg

edit

Thanks for uploading File:A THOUSAND SUNS.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of "file" pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 13:25, 24 July 2010 (UTC)Reply

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to A Thousand Suns, did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and read the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. Thank you.   Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at A Thousand Suns. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted or removed. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. ⒺⓋⒾⓁⒼⓄⒽⒶⓃ② talk 17:10, 4 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at A Thousand Suns, you may be blocked from editing. Please stop citing the article as being received "generally favorably" against clear consensus as is visible on the talk page. Each time you make a reversion to the page, you fail to provide an edit summary, and based upon your edit history, it looks like you might be engaging in POV edits with a possibility of POV pushing. It has already been extensively discussed and it has become clear that it has not been received outright generally positive - as Metacritic would say. Metacritic is not the arbiter of consensus. What we are trying to figure out now is the best way to describe varying reviews, though we've come to a stalemate on that notion as of present. A brief glance at the talk page of the article, specifically this discussion, will show why two editors so far have reverted your changes. ⒺⓋⒾⓁⒼⓄⒽⒶⓃ② talk 14:20, 5 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to violate Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy by adding commentary and your personal analysis into articles, as you did at A Thousand Suns, you may be blocked from editing. For what reason do you constantly push against accepted consensus which was reached after quite some tumultuous debate without providing a single explanation for your edits on the talk page or, at bare minimal, in the edit summary? Speedy deletion nomination of The MossiMovies Movie

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice that the page you created was tagged as a test page under section G2 of the criteria for speedy deletion and has been or soon may be deleted. Please use the sandbox for any other tests you want to do. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. Harry the Dog WOOF 16:49, 8 March 2014 (UTC)Reply

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Suicide Squad (film), you may be blocked from editing. See talk page and seek consensus before changing again.--Earthh (talk) 14:18, 5 August 2016 (UTC)Reply

Metacritic is considered a reliable source for aggregating reviews, so whatever your objections are, they still are more qualified to summarize critical consensus about something than either you or I. It indicates the film received mixed or average reviews. Moreover, on RT the film has an average rating of 4.7/10, an indication of a mixed response. In the case of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, there are multiple reliable sources claiming the film got negative reviews, but this is not the case of Suicide Squad. So please stop changing the critical reception section and stop adding unsourced content.--Earthh (talk) 14:18, 5 August 2016 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of File:MossiMovies.jpg

edit

The file File:MossiMovies.jpg has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

unused, low-res, no obvious use

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.

Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.

This bot DID NOT nominate any file(s) for deletion; please refer to the page history of each individual file for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 01:01, 1 August 2019 (UTC)Reply
