RE:Miss Earth edit

I would suggest that you discuss on the talkpage before doing it. To get on the talkpage click the "discussion" tab on the top of the article and start a new thread by pressing +. It might take a while before you get responses. Personally I believe that it is good. Marlith T/C 04:11, 13 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

new comments edit

i moved the comments you added to my archive page to my main talk page - it's a bad idea to add new material to an archive, which implicitly is a 'backup' of older material. i've responded on my talk page. cheers. Anastrophe (talk) 01:37, 10 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

Governor William Smith of Wisconsin-Thank you edit

Thank you- for tagging the article about Governor William Smith of Wisconsin. I was working on the Wisconsin Territory article and decided to put citations in the Governor Smith article as well. Thank you-RFD (talk) 14:40, 10 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

Many thanks for helping the Governor Smith article. One thing I like about Wikipedia is the WikiProject Wisconsin.RFD (talk) 16:08, 10 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

Miss Earth pictures edit

Thanks for your message on my talk page - this sounds like a great idea. Would you be able to send me his email address? You can email me with it by going to my user page or user talk page and clicking "email this user" in the bottom right hand "toolbox". Whilst its great that he's agreed to allow the use of his photos, the process of gaining "permission" is more involved than simply asking whether he is happy for the photos to be used (there has to be a specific declaration that he is happy to release the photos under a free license - see here for templates I generally use). If you can send me his email I can deal with gaining permission, registering it on OTRS and uploading the pics to the Wikimedia Commons (which will allow them to be posted here). Thank you for your quick reply! He (Julles Roberto) emailed me through his multiply email account, please see his multiply website account in the link that I have provided in your user talk and look for his contacts, which is located on top of his multiply account. You can also post a message/comment in his multiply website he usually response to any messages directed to him. --Richie Campbell (talk) 04:10, 16 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

sorry re miss earth edit

sorry i never got back to you. to be honest, i've lost interest in the whole thing. it's nothing personal, i just have a short attention span! trust your instincts, i'm sure you'll make the right decisions and edits. best, Anastrophe (talk) 08:28, 19 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

I just got back from vacation. Thank you for your vote of confidence. --Richie Campbell (talk) 21:35, 24 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

That's OK edit

I think your newest version of Miss Earth may be acceptable. And I hate to see its promotions by some Filipino fanatics because they always think that Miss Earth is the best although it was always disappointing me (quality of contestants, awful result, old fashion as the pageants in 70's and 80's, etc) although I love its versions in 2004, 2005 and 2006 so much!

I appreciate your contributions. Thank you. Good luck!

Angelo De La Paz (talk) 23:47, 24 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

No problems my dear because it's my pleasure. I have added Miss Earth to my Watchlist since December, 2007.

Thank you! Angelo De La Paz (talk) 23:59, 24 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

Tagging edit

Please use {{citations missing}} rather than {{unreferenced}} on articles that have references in place. It is much less confusing. Charles Matthews (talk) 14:43, 1 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

Hi Richie! You´ve added a "citations missig" tag to the article above. I´ve just added a few links to match repots etc. My question is: Can the tag be removed or does the article need a few more sources? Have a nice week end! --Hullu poro (talk) 10:30, 26 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

Matt edit

Hello! Thanks for the compliment. It's an honor for me to make tables.... I'm only a beginner here in Wikipedia. Can you help me with other problems or give me some tips in editing? thanks... Matt025

Work Done edit

Hey it's me again, Matt. I have finished 2001 - 2007 (Miss Earth). Tell me what do you think what I did in Miss Earth 2008 Special Awrds... I hope you like it...

Finished edit

I'm finished with the judges in Miss Earth 2004. Hey I suggest we could do something more unique in Miss Earth 2001 - 2009. Something that Miss Universe, Miss World, and Miss International articles don't have. What do you think? Hey do you have a Yahoo Messenger so that I could contact you??

Matt

Proposed deletion of Miss Ecuador Earth edit

The article Miss Ecuador Earth has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No evidence that this national competition is notable. Some 74 distinct Google hits, none from reliable independent sources (most are blogs, fora, myspace or youtube), none from Google News or Books.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Fram (talk) 14:40, 19 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

  • I have removed the proposed deletion tag. Notability has been substantiated.--Richie Campbell (talk) 14:45, 26 October 2010 (UTC)Reply
