Proposed deletion of JavaTechURL

The page is substantially a directory of external links, most of which do not appear reliable. There is no clear encyclopedic topic / no source that discusses these links in relation to a specific area of Java programming.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist.
