OK? You have not declared your conflict of interest on your user page as suggested above, and you have not addressed the concern about the image. First of all I apologize for my mistake I created an account on wikipedia named মোঃ তৌকির হাসান (নিকসন) and wrote an article there but my account is in Bengali wikipedia I could not write in English. so I created an account with a new username when I entered a new username. When I turned on my laptop my previous username was blocked and deleted for which I started writing articles using this username when I was writing the article I was talking in the comments and I said this to the authority. The authority said this to me A little misunderstanding and they block me thinking that someone is bad for wikipedia. First of all my mistake I couldn't explain to them. Do you own a camera? If so, then the best way to get a photograph of Dr. Reza for this article would be for you, yourself, to take a photo of him, then upload it. Maybe that's what you did before with the first photograph, except you were using your teacher's name, and also using a different account.
