Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Marianna Madia may have broken the syntax by modifying 2 "[]"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

List of unpaired brackets remaining on the page:

Wikilinking edit

Hi, and thanks for your work on the English Wikipedia.

I noticed an article you worked on. Just a short note to point out that we don’t normally link:

  • dates
  • years
  • commonly known geographical terms (including well-known country-names), and
  • common terms you’d look up in a dictionary (unless significantly technical).

(This even applies for infoboxes.)

Thanks and my best wishes.

Disambiguation link notification for April 15 edit

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Chico Anysio, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Guanabara (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Hi - I took a look at the article and have a quick question. Did he defend specifically the Piedmontese language island, or all language islands in general? AlexiusHoratius 13:11, 10 June 2014 (UTC)Reply

No problem! you ask very nicely. I made a few small changes and tried to clarify a couple of points by comparing with the fr-wiki article. I changed the date format in the article to match the date format in the infobox - they should all be the same. Best wishes, Jsmith1000 (talk) 01:15, 5 August 2014 (UTC)Reply

I want to inform you most probably you have noticed I was not very responsive towards your messages in last one month or so. I was not very active these days. I went and took a look! I notice the bit about the parents raising him with moral values. What source stated this? It may help to find a source so I can reword it better.

Italians in the United States edit

Do you know if anybody on the Italian Wikipedia is interested in starting articles on Italians in the United States? I just started Italians in New Orleans and I had also written much of:

There are also articles on Italians in New York City, Italians in Syracuse, New York, Italians in Mississippi, and Italians in Utah.

I also started Paper Fish which is a novel about an Italian-American girl in Chicago in the 1940s and 1950s. In addition there is the March 14, 1891 lynchings. WhisperToMe (talk) 04:27, 28 August 2014 (UTC)Reply
