Regarding your IP

edit

Hello! Judging by your username I see that you want your IP address removed from our records for edits you made. Unfortunately, this is not possible, not because we don't want to, but because of technical impossibility with the MediaWiki software. If you have legitimate concerns and want to change your IP address, you should contact your ISP instead. --QuickQuokka [talkcontribs] 22:06, 18 July 2023 (UTC)Reply

I would simply like my visible IP to not be shown on the talk page. Can I not simply replace that with the new account that I have created???? RemoveMYIPplease (talk) 22:11, 18 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
You can request that all of your contributions be deleted. - Cukie Gherkin (talk) 00:47, 21 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
How do I do that? when I attempted to do so early the changes were reverted. RemoveMYIPplease (talk) 02:09, 21 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
This might be a situation where you want to email the Volunteer Response Team. Why? Your correspondence with them in email will be logged in a separate ticket; any edits you make to try to revert/remove your IP editing history will visibly link this account to the IP. —C.Fred (talk) 02:13, 21 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
Actually, this is a matter for oversighters. I'm making a request for oversight myself on your behalf. —C.Fred (talk) 02:17, 21 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
...And the edits have been oversighted to suppress your IP. —C.Fred (talk) 11:55, 21 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
Thank you, I apologize for the lateness in responding had a doctor's appointment. Sorry for any trouble this caused on your part. RemoveMYIPplease (talk) 18:45, 21 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
