Speedy deletion nomination of User:Rellikssystems edit

A tag has been placed on User:Rellikssystems, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which pages can be deleted at any time, without discussion. Conflict of interest edit

Decline reason:
Curious that you've waited almost three years to request unblock. Copying what the appeals guide and other templates say does not convince me that you understand the reason for the block. You must demonstrate your understanding by specifically telling us what you did wrong, how you will not do it again in the future, and describe the productive contributions that you wish to make. Request reason:
I then made a company page to provide commercial details, which I didn't knew wasn't legal as per terms here. After blockage I read that article and forgot to review as didn't have anything to contribute. Now other day, I saw Urdu News channel web sites operating in Pakistan and figured out that Wikipedia list is outdated and have fever names. So then I decided to appeal so I could contribute in good way. Thank you.
Decline reason:
That is a much better unblock request, and I think you are close to being unblocked. A couple of things first, you need to change your username to one that represents you as an individual, as opposed to a company. "XYZ at Relliks Systems" is okay, but it can be pretty much anything. Wikipedia:Username policy explains in more detail. Let us know what username you want in your next unblock request. Secondly, you need to comply with WP:PAID and WP:COI. Request reason:
I have read both compliance pages including Conflict of interest. My intended user name is "nabeel", "inabeel" or "rellik" whatever is available. I tried to change myself, but there is no way to change it here myself.
Decline reason:
Procedural decline only. This unblock request has been open for more than two weeks but has not proven sufficient for any reviewing administrator to take action. You are welcome to request a new block review if you substantially reword your request. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that
- the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
- the block is no longer necessary because you
- understand what you have been blocked for,
- will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
- will make useful contributions instead.
