Your test worked. Many contributors have set up a personal sandbox where they can test various things or work on large edits. If you like, I can tell you how. Jonathunder 18:30, 18 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

To create a User subpage (a sandbox, for example):

Edit your user page and add a link like User:Rej4sl/subpage_name or User:Rej4sl/sandbox and save the page.
Then click on the new link; the text box that appears will allow you to edit the new subpage.
Put whatever you wanted to add there.
Please note that links are case sensitive.

Keith Ellison

edit

If you are supporter, it would suit you well to stop massaging Ellison's controversies. Every superficial edit you make forces us to find even more legitimate sources, and more pointed criticisms. Just because an item is quoted by a blog doesn't make the fact false. I have not put anything in Ellison's bio that is untrue, nor do I intend to.

I you think something is false, find a legitimate source that refutes the claim.

== I am a person who believes in fair play - like signing my contributions to talk pages !!! == I do not find it fair to smear someones reputation with incorrect information, from conservative opinion pieces, or blogs = Wikipedia has a policy of neutrality - but it seems some people think neutral is slamming someones character

Request for comments at Keith Ellison (politician)

edit

As you have contributed in the past to the Keith Ellison page I notify you of a current request for comments on that page. Your input would be helpful.

  • Talk:Keith Ellison (politician) This is a dispute about where in the article about US Rep. Keith Ellison’s (first Muslim in Congress) ties with the Nation of Islam should be discussed. Whether since they were in the past they can be consigned to a segment enumerating the year of their maximum impact or if such enumerating lessens their impact which is held to be ongoing.07:45, 17 December 2006 (UTC)
