SSMs are NOT yet recognized in Kentucky. The judge will hold a hearing and decide whether to issue an order and what the effective date will be. So far we just have a decision telling us what he thinks. For sources see LGBT rights in Kentucky. Bmclaughlin9 (talk) 02:12, 14 February 2014 (UTC)
