I don't know how putting a map of Serbia is a compromise. It just confuses the readers. ... discospinster talk 17:35, 25 October 2013 (UTC)Reply

And i don't know how putting a map of Kosovo is a compromise. In this edit i added map of Serbia. And why you revert map of Kosovo, and remove map of Serbia?--Region190 (talk) 17:37, 25 October 2013 (UTC)Reply
Hey just so you know, when changing stuff like that on wikipedia, you really need to build a consensus before you do so. That article has used the map of Kosovo for at least five years (see this revision from May 2008) so unilaterally changing it is not acceptable given the contentiousness of this subject. Also, if you change it back again to have a map of serbia, you will risk violating the three revert rule. And for the record I have no interest in the actual substance of this argument as I am an American who is utterly unaffected by these kinds of fights. I just don't want to have to protect that article and/or block people for fighting about stuff on an online encyclopedia. Thingg 14:15, 10 November 2013 (UTC)Reply
Because "Republic of Kosovo" not have full independence, in articles should be two cards.--Region190 (talk) 19:51, 10 November 2013 (UTC)Reply

November 2013 edit

This is your only warning; if you make personal attacks on other people again, as you did at User talk:PjeterPeter, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Comment on content, not on other contributors or people. I don't know very much Serbian, but Google translate is more than enough to confirm what you said. Thingg 21:58, 10 November 2013 (UTC)Reply

3RR Warning edit

Your recent editing history at Pristina shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.

To avoid being blocked, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. See BRD for how this is done. You can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.
You need to build a consensus first to make a controversial edits like that. There is currently an ongoing discussion on Talk:Pristina regarding the map. Edit Warring will get you nowhere. Saying things like "Kosovo is part of Serbia" is not a reasonable justification for your edit as that is highly disputed. We can't take sides on Wikipedia, we have to be neutral. IJA (talk) 06:55, 13 November 2013 (UTC)Reply

England is a Constituent country of the United Kingdom and therefore it doesn't have the power to recognise anything because Foreign Affairs (and therefore Diplomatic Recognition) lie with the United Kingdom.
I said it is biased to show Kosovo as being apart of Serbia as it is disputed (by the vast majority of the world). A neutral solution is to show Kosovo as neither being independent or being as apart of Serbia.
Also please don't be so pathetic that you have to result to swearing like you did here. IJA (talk) 13:02, 13 November 2013 (UTC)Reply

Keep cool edit

Hi there. Please remember to keep cool when the editing gets hot. Comments like these are not helpful, and only cause unnecessary drama on Wikipedia. If you disagree with another editor's contributions, please discuss it with them civilly, rather than attacking their home country. Thanks. — Richard BB 11:30, 13 November 2013 (UTC)Reply

Canvassing edit

Hello. It appears that you have been canvassing—leaving messages on a biased choice of users' talk pages to notify them of an ongoing community decision, debate, or vote. While friendly notices are allowed, they should be limited and nonpartisan in distribution and should reflect a neutral point of view. Please do not post notices which are indiscriminately cross-posted, which espouse a certain point of view or side of a debate, or which are selectively sent only to those who are believed to hold the same opinion as you. Remember to respect Wikipedia's principle of consensus-building by allowing decisions to reflect the prevailing opinion among the community at large. IJA (talk) 10:24, 16 November 2013 (UTC)Reply

You have been topic banned from editing all articles related to Kosovo, broadly interpreted edit

Ok this is getting really ridiculous and I am running out of patience. I'm going to give you one last chance to stop your disruptive behavior or I will block you immediately. Before I get to the specifics of your editing restrictions, I would like to summarize for the record just how many things you have done already that I could have blocked you for but I haven't because I am really trying to give you a chance to be reasonable:

1-2) You personally attacked someone, which violates WP:NPA and then after I warned you above that you would be blocked for it, you arguably did it again.
3) You personally attacked someone again on Commons.
4-6) You edit warred on Pristina at least three times over a four week period.
7) You reverted my change back to the consensus version on Pristina without building a new consensus after I warned you to do so both on your talk page above and in my edit summary of the edit on Pristina.
8) You edit warred on Commons.
Finally, you have violated the restrictions on Kosovo related articles as laid out in Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/Kosovo many, many times.

As an administrator on the English Wikipedia and in accordance with my authority to do so as laid out in the amended portion of Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/Macedonia#Standard discretionary sanctions, I am banning you from editing any article related to any Kosovo topic whatsoever, broadly interpreted. If you violate this ban, you will be blocked immediately. In addition, if you make any personal attacks on anyone else, you will be blocked immediately. Thingg 22:06, 16 November 2013 (UTC)Reply
