- Yes, they are legally able to give religious degrees. But its also a degree mill, with a staff of dubious qualifications, run out of someone's home. You seem unable to understand that what is "legal" and what is accredited are two different issues. They are "legally authorized" due to religion exemption, not because it is found to be a school of basic educational standards.
