Problems with upload of File:Mechmice.png edit

Thanks for uploading File:Mechmice.png. You don't seem to have said where the image came from, who created it, or what the copyright status is. We require this information to verify that the image is legally usable on Wikipedia, and because most image licenses require giving credit to the image's creator.

Cut-and-paste move edit

Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you tried to give Hyper Hippo Games a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into Hyper Hippo Productions. This is known as a "cut-and-paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is legally required for attribution. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.

In most cases, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page (the tab may be hidden in a dropdown menu for you). This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Also, if there are any other pages that you moved by copying and pasting, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Requests for history merge. Thank you. File copyright problem with File:NewRepublicCanon-DelRey.png edit

Thank you for uploading File:NewRepublicCanon-DelRey.png. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright and licensing status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can verify that it has an acceptable license status and a verifiable source. Please add this information by editing the image description page. You may refer to the image use policy to learn what files you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. The page on copyright tags may help you to find the correct tag to use for your file. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

Please also check any other files you may have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. Steel1943 (talk) 03:51, 25 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

January 2016 edit

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to New Republic (Star Wars) may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "()"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

List of unpaired brackets remaining on the page:
  • events of ''[[Return of the Jedi]]'' (1983), the New Republic has defeated the [[Galactic Empire (Star Wars|Galactic Empire]] and placed itself as the ruling government of the galaxy. Despite this,

Stub tag - when not to use edit

Hallo, in this edit you added {{stub}} to a section of an otherwise non-stub article. There's a template {{expand section}} to do that job - adding {{stub}} gets the whole article listed as a stub which wasn't, I think, what you meant to do. I've now fixed it. Happy Editing! • Oh, sorry about that! Thank you for fixing it, it is what I meant to do. :) ReddyRedCP (talk) 23:40, 27 January 2016 (UTC)Reply

Disambiguation link notification for June 10 edit

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Star Wars Battlefront II (2017 video game), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Clone Wars (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
