This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Red Book Solutions, and it appears to include a substantial copy of http://www.redbooksolutions.biz/products.html. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences.

This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. Speedy deletion of Red Book Solutions edit

A tag has been placed on Red Book Solutions, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam as well as Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. Paste (talk) 17:02, 9 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, please do not add promotional material to articles or other Wikipedia pages, as you did to Red Book Solutions. Advertising and using Wikipedia as a "soapbox" is strongly discouraged. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you. Paste (talk) 17:03, 9 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for the email - I prefer to keep communication here on wiki for transparency. I understand what you said in your email about being a beginner here. However when I look at the history of this page (here) you have completely ignored all attempts to warn you. Firstly you blanked the page after warnings and then when I blocked you you again blanked the page in order to promote your company. That is unacceptable behaviour.

Equally on Commons you completely ignored warnings continuing to upload your company logo after it had been deleted and you had been warned.

Given this behaviour I am not prepared to unblock either account I'm afraid. If you do choose to contribute to Wikipedia sites in future under another name you must bear in mind that using the sites to publicise a company in any way will probably lead to immediately blocking. I will unprotect this page which will allow you to post here but if it is publicity material of any sort it will be removed and the protection replaced in view of your behaviour. --Herby talk thyme 11:16, 10 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

Hello-I did get your response, thank you, and again I am apologetic. I didn't intentionally mean to ignore the warnings and honestly I didn't look in the discussion page because I had no clue to. And with the error messages, I thought it was my computer operation error skills. I do know the purpose of Wikipedia and have researched into it and will work with the Sandbox more, therefore I know that I need to create mindful copy so that it projects us as an educational service and programs. In addition, my posting was for educational and not promotional intended. If you feel comfortable, I will wait until it is unblocked.. Please let me know. Thank you, JenniferRedbook08 (talk) 22:13, 10 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

I'm sorry but rereading the pages they are advertisements - phrases such as Sales and Training Solutions – Are you looking for the best way to drive revenue? really cannot be seen as anything else at all by any objective means. Such wording cannot be seen as "educational".
Equally as you state that you do work for the company then you are very limited as to any material you can add to Wikipedia due to our conflict of interest policies. Thanks --Herby talk thyme 11:51, 11 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

Hello-Currently, I am having our copywriters write copy that is informative and appropriate for Wikipedia (for me to copy it from the website and paste wasn't a smart idea as I worked with a publishing company, Variety Magazine, that posted their information and I thought it was as easy as copying and pasting). Now looking back at their information, I am having our copy reflect that...I will take all your feedback and guidelines and will have them post. Thank you, JenniferRedbook08 (talk) 15:39, 13 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

Please see our conflict of interest policies - you cannot post material about a compny that you are concerned with - it is self promotion. If others see your company as notable they will create an article. --Herby talk thyme 16:23, 13 October 2008 (UTC)Reply
