Barbary Partridge

I don't think that your edits are bad faith, unless you consider a rollback to be a declaration of such. Unfortunately, using pop-ups I missed half your edit, and inadvertently rolled back more than I thought. Categories for birds of individual European countries are now deprecated, and should be categorised as "birds of Europe". My book has Red-legged Partridge as the only Alectoris partridge in Iberia, so can you say whether it's introduced or native (latter seems unlikely - I tried to check on birdlife international, but the site is down). Thats your choice, all I will say is that it is probably a good idea. Also, I would support your decision to make improvements to the lead section, as it was one of the few flaws I perceived when looking at the article; it doesnt seem to properly summarise the article, as leads should, and may need some (minor) improvement in wording. • RedCoat10, I really like what you've done with the article. Seems quite a bit easier to read. That being said, I'd suggest some sort of timeline to put at the top of the article on the right, about where you'd have an infobox. The chronicle of events is a good idea, but I'd suggest making it narrower and sticking it up towards the front. That way, someone new to the topic can get a quick overview of the big points without having to delve into the main body. Just my two cents. JKBrooks85 22:05, 9 September 2007 (UTC)

Yes, I'd say to use the same sort of style that you used with the submarine attack box to cover the main points in the military history of Gibraltar during WWII. Make it one column, narrow, and include your top photo in it. Since there's no real infobox for this sort of thing, I imagine that a timeline sort of box would really work well to help people get an overview without having to read the whole article. Yes, I think it is ready. last thing: don't be completely surprised if it fails - there are some very hard reviewers out there. I would review it (I have done a few reviews in the past), and pass it, but I'm not sure I could be considered impartial because of my involvement. GCSE

Thank you! Congratulations to you too. The options I picked were/are German, History and Geography. English is probably my weakest subject because I'm not very confident in writing (that probably shows). Maths my strongest, though I had to work extremely hard for that A* with very little teaching. This new science GCSE is of mixed fortunes. The first half of the double science GCSE we did this year. I managed to get 40/40 and 40/40 on the most recent modules, but before that I got an array of marks in the low-to-mid 30s. My average is 35.8 (36 being necessary for an A*) so my fate depends on these new weird internal exams which count for something like 30% overall. Aside from the important ones, I did paper 1 of RS Catholic Christianity this year and got 86/100. I don't know what sort of grade I'm looking at with there, and I don't even know whether that's scaled or raw! The rest to look forward to next year! Nope. I've done basic science (or whatever it's called) this year and do additional next year. Is yours with edexcel too? I might have to repeat science modules if my internal exam papers aren't quite enough to get me up to an A* overall. But that's not the end of the world.

My school bullied me in to doing maths early but didn't really give me satisfactory assistance. I had to have a tutor, but I don't know how much use he was really. A lot of the stuff he taught me wasn't in the exam. They want me to do some FSMQ and again probably won't teach me, which will do my esteem no end of good!

Does it bother you doing Spanish? (either politically or otherwise). I certainly prefer german to romance languages, but I'm not that good at it. I'm sure there are more useful languages we could be learning! Mandarin is the new up-and-coming language after all.

I wouldn't go so far as saying I liked maths! Certainly this additional maths thing with OCR seems fiendishly difficult. On the practice paper on OCR's website I can only just answer the first question, which would get me a grade U. So I have some improving to do!

German verbs and sentence order is the biggest problem, but I think pronunciation is simpler than many other languages. Even English has quite a few illogically-pronounced words.

Ah Gordie. My best friend! While I prefer his style (or lack thereof) to that of Blair, I think he's been very lucky with the economy over the last 10 years without having to do much. He inherited an economy in very good condition from the last government of course (contrary to the rubbish spread about mostly by the labour party) which helps too of course. If he wants to govern the country for any length of time he'd be barmy not to call an election this year, because people won't love him unquestionably for too long (unlike Blair). What a shame Dave is an equal twit. (Sorry - I always get too deeply involved whenever someone mentions a politician's name)

I will do AQA for English and German. I think edexcel has a (possibly untrue) reputation of being somewhat easier for sciencey-mathsy subject, which is probably why my school picks them. Gibraltar sounds a great place. I'd really like to move to somewhere with a strong British influence, but which hasn't been spoiled by bureaucracy and general nastiness. I would really like to be a Governor of somewhere, not that there's much choice of places anymore! Being a representitive of the Crown than some politician. It probably sounds odd but I am quite nostalgic for a time I've never experienced - I would have loved to have been around when Margaret Thatcher won a landslide and be able to appreciate the gravity of it. Do you identify and Gibraltarian and British, or British and Gibraltarian?

I do feel somewhat sorry for Brown. His problems in the first month certainly don't compare to Tony's (he only had "the people's princess"'s death to deal with). I still hope he comes a cropper though.

It's been a scarily short time since citizens of the 'colonies' have been entitled to British Citizenship! We were very mean not to give everyone in Hong Kong a British Passport. We didn't even give the people who served in the armed forces there one, and not only was their loyalty not in question but they no longer had a job after the handover! That makes me very angry and sad.

As much as I would like us to have an empire again I still fully support Gibraltar and the other (what should I call them?!) increasing their self-determination while remaining very friendly with Britain. I don't think that's a case of double standards on my part. At least I hope not!

It's fantastic that people take such an interest in politics! I suppose there it's actually worth doing. Lack of a serious opposition party and increasing EU-meddling has really put me off here. Not that I can vote yet anyway. I hope you get represented at the United Nations! Being hated comes with the territory. I would try to be very honest and open though and make very clear my beliefs. I think the problem with most politicians is that they have no real experience of the real world and have a bunch of advisors who went straight from school, to uniiversity, to being an advisor. And this shows.

If I did become an MP, my first Private Member's Bill would probably be to reintroduce flogging as a punishment. Lawlessness is becoming a real problem here, particularly among people our age. Not anything that a few lashes wouldn't solve though!

This newspaper is printed by Union of Centrists, a minor political party to promote its activities. I initially ADDED content on the day of the Release of the Core 2 Duo E6#50's line....

I initially ADDED content on the day of the Release of the Core 2 Duo E6#50's line.... However I decided to then revert the content back as it was still in the Future Processors section. As far as (OTHER CONTENT)...I added several OEM processors to the line up of Pentium 4 478 pin 400FSB 2.8GHZ processor. The first being the SL7EY....it was an obvious oversight by those who edit the page. I currently run a system with this processor. I also noted that the page was also missing a P4 478 Pin 400FSB 3.0Ghz processor (although I could not off hand remember the S code... it is a necessary addition that should not have been overlooked OEM or not!

So to sum up, I reverted everything on the C2D page exactly back to the way I found it. I made two additions to the Pentium 4 page!
