Robert Christgau & Village Voice

edit

Hello everybody. Often times when I edit music articles, I either see that Robert Christgau leaves a review on some of them or that Village Voice does. Is there some sort of unspoken rule on which to use in an article, or is it just down to who is editing the article? Does it depend on the decade or if it was in one of his books?
