Ronnie James Dio edit

In case you haven't read my edit summaries, I'm reverting your blankings because the last sentence of that section says: "blabbermouth.net...retracted prior statements and confirmed Dio's death". I think the part about the rumors is important. Please, I do not want to edit war with you, but I think the section says what you are worried about.   Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button   located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. Three revert rule. edit

 

Your recent editing history shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.

To avoid being blocked, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. See BRD for how this is done. You can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Holocaust denial edit

It's no good simply slapping a template on a page, and then moving on without giving any explanation (especially if you're going to move on and make changes elsewhere for which you have no consensus, such as Laws against Holocaust denial.   • Also, I noticed from your edit history that you have rekindled making the changes for which you were originally given a 3RR warning. Note that it is not just the letter of the warning that applies, but the spirit of the edit warring policy too, and you may lose your ability to edit if you continue a protracted edit war.
