I failed to read the rules and did not use the sandbox for testing. Please review my reinstatement and allow me to join the community without blocks. I understand that I will only use the sandbox for the "testing of content or editing process and procedure" I will not "from editing for advertising or self-promoting in violation of the conflict of interest and notability guidelines. • While not brought up by the blocking administrator, I think you may want to change your username once unblocked, as usernames cannot be that of a website per the username policy.
