Hello, Rkhmedia. Thank you for helping to build Wikipedia-- the world's largest free content encyclopedia. I'm sorry, but  User:Rkhmedia/sandbox has been deleted as meeting WP:CSD#G11. "This applies to pages that are exclusively promotional and would need to be fundamentally rewritten to conform with Wikipedia:NOTFORPROMOTION." These must be rewritten from scratch from "reliable, third party sources unconnected to the subject." See WP:RS.

Wikipedia:Identifying blatant advertising#Typical signs of blatant advertising contains information about content to avoid. For more information on content that may be perceived as promotional, click User:Dlohcierekim/promo. These are just rough guides. Pages can avoid all those pitfalls and still be glaringly obvious ad copy. Sometimes pages meeting WP:CSD#G11 give the appearance of an editor violating Wikipedia:Conflict of interest or WP:PAID. Please read and heed them if they apply to you.

Wikipedia is an encyclopedia-- subjects must meet notability guidelines with reliable sources that are unconnected with the subject and providing verifiable information. That generally means someone unconnected with the subject needs to have written a great deal about the subject. Please see Wikipedia:Citing sources . Template:cite has templates you can use in citing your sources. Place the template {{references}} at the bottom of the page, and references cited in the text will appear there.

The username is acceptable; alas, I have not received my renamer bit. ALso, this is the name of the person about whom you wrote ARTSPAM. This brings up WP:COI and WP:AUTO. Please read those. I will not decline the unblock on a block I made, but I don't know how others would feel about it. They may think it best if you not edit about yourself- though you might make suggestions. You have not addressed this promotional part of your block at all. Please describe areas other than yourself you wish to write about. If you only wish to write about yourself, they may suggest you choose alternative outlets to do so. • You do not address the promotional aspect of your block. Do you understand that Wikipedia is not social media for people to tell the world about themselves, but an encyclopedia? Your username is also not acceptable, as you admitted at User talk:Rashidalhabtoor that you are not Mr Al Habtoor himself (and when I did the rename I'd forgotten about the other account.) Dear Dlohcierekim, Thanks for your help and suggestion to improve page edits in wikipedia. I would like to use different name but my account creation option is temporarily suspended. I won't use any name resemble to any existing personality in wikipedia. I will also not use a page for promotional purpose. Could you please not unblock my IP address to open a new account. thank
