As the blocking admin, I would recommend that this be declined, and talk page access be revoked: this user has blanked previous warnings/unblock requests multiple times, after being told not to. If they continue to do so, I will do this myself. Vanamonde (talk) 07:31, 30 January 2017 (UTC)
