Speedy deletion nomination of Bernhard Schrader

A tag has been placed on Bernhard Schrader, requesting that it be speedily deleted from English Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a redirect to an article in German Wikipedia.

Does anybody have a hint how to include lists of U.S. patents to Wikipedia articles? I want to include Bernhard Schrader's (impressive) list into the article.
