edit

  Hello, RajsharmaBond007. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on the page Raj kumar Sharma, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

  • avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization or competitors;
  • propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{request edit}} template);
  • disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest#How to disclose a COI);
  • avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam);
  • do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.

Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you.

Please note that in accordance to our conflict of interest editing guidelines, I have moved your article to Draft:Raj kumar Sharma, as editors with a conflict of interest should not create articles straight onto the mainspace. When you are ready to submit the draft for review by our Articles for Creation reviewers, please do so by adding {{subst:submit}} to the top of the page. Thank you. Page move of AICRA

edit

Given that you were already made aware of our conflict of interest editing guidelines, you should know that editors with a conflict of interest should not create articles straight onto the mainspace. Please stop creating that page in the mainspace; I have moved it to Draft:AICRA. When you are ready to submit the draft for review by our Articles for Creation reviewers, please do so by adding {{subst:submit}} to the top of the page. Thank you. Sdrqaz (talk) 15:29, 23 July 2021 (UTC)Reply

TECHNOXIAN moved to draftspace

edit

An article you recently created, TECHNOXIAN, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Thx Celestina. will the same. RajsharmaBond007 (talk) 03:05, 24 July 2021 (UTC)Reply

Hi Umakant Bhalerao, I believe you have not gone through the article properly. If you consider information of an organization as advertisement then everything on Wikipedia is advertisement. Also all reference links mentioned are from reputed national newspapers or TV. I believe these resources should be acceptable. In case of any disconnect, kindly be specific in your concern. thx RajsharmaBond007 (talk) 07:13, 30 July 2021 (UTC)Reply

Dear Mr. Sahaib,
I have gone through all policy guidelines of Wikipedia before submitting the article. Somehow I feel that it has become a practice of reviewers to simply comment saying that submission is not adequately supported by reliable sources. I dont know the reasons what is reviewer's benefit in this. All my links and citations are from reliable sources including wikipedia listed National news agencies and government proofs. Either pl check all references then comment or give specific reasons/concerns. thx. RajsharmaBond007 (talk) 03:44, 9 August 2021 (UTC)Reply

Hello RajsharmaBond007. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:RajsharmaBond007. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=RajsharmaBond007|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. FiddleTimtrent FaddleTalk to me 12:07, 2 September 2021 (UTC)Reply
