Speedy deletion nomination of Citymate

A tag has been placed on Citymate, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which articles can be deleted at any time, without discussion. Hi, I noted you contested the deletion with this comment "This page should not be speedily deleted because... this page is about a new company." It being a new company is a huge part of the issue, please see WP:NOTABILITY and WP:PROMO. Wikipedia is for articles about people & things that are notable, and which have reliable sources to back that up. New companies rarely meet that bar, and posts about them are generally just promotional. JamesG5 (talk) 06:14, 9 April 2016 (UTC)

Please do not remove Articles for deletion notices from articles or remove other people's comments in Articles for deletion pages, as you did with this edit to Citymate. Otherwise, it may be difficult to create consensus. If you oppose the deletion of an article, please comment at the respective page instead.
