This case held that the parodic nature of a case is only one element in determining fair use.

The Fisher V Dees page looks like a great idea. Definitely start looking for a couple more references and look at other Wiki pages on court cases to get a better idea of what important components are involved in court case pages. Check out the contribs of some of the users in this class who all wrote or contributed to legal cases on Wikipedia and might be a good place to start. Atavel (talk) 06:12, 30 March 2013 (UTC)Reply

Your submission at Articles for creation

edit

Fisher v Dees, which you submitted to Articles for creation, has been created.

You are more than welcome to continue making quality contributions to Wikipedia. Note that because you are a logged-in user, you can create articles yourself, and don't have to post a request. However, you may continue submitting work to Articles for Creation if you prefer.

Thank you for helping improve Wikipedia!

PS: The article really needed a "lead section", which provides a 1-4 sentence summary of what is to come. I took a stab at it, but I don't speak lawyer, so you'll want to review, extend and perhaps revise what I've done there. Let me know if I can be of any help! Thanks! --j⚛e deckertalk 18:15, 6 May 2013 (UTC)Reply
