I assume you're already familiar with venture capital and angel capital, and that there are many, many sources out there for advice in this area. Impossible to say what the chances of getting funding are; it depends on how great your pitch is and how believable are the concept and the team you are pitching; and also on the sorts of investments that active VCs and angels in your area are making.
