As I mentioned in the edit summary, the account User:Iv admin20 was blocked because it contained the word "admin". This is currently against Wikipedia's username policy because it gives the impression that a user is a Wikipedia administrator. I don't think this was done out of any bad intention on your part, but such user names are blocked on sight and standardized messages are left so that the blocked users can create a more appropriate username.
