I'm pretty sure that is talking about a situation where a PROD comes first and is pending while the article gets a speedy tag, not the other way around. Either way, the speedy should be decided soon. If it's declined, we can PROD it right away.--GrapedApe (talk) 00:16, 5 August 2012 (UTC)
