Proposed deletion of Eno Popi

edit

The article Eno Popi has been proposed for deletion because, under Wikipedia policy, all newly created biographies of living persons must have at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Speedy deletion nomination of File:Aurela Gaçe, Albania 2011.jpg

edit

A tag has been placed on File:Aurela Gaçe, Albania 2011.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F2 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an image page for a missing or corrupt image or an empty image description page for a Commons-hosted image.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Eurovision Song Contest 2011

edit

Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Eurovision Song Contest 2011, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear constructive, and has been reverted. Please make use of the sandbox if you'd like to experiment with test edits. That template was there for a reason, and should remain as long as Eurovision 2011 re-directs there. Do not attempt to remove any more of these templates without a valid reason - mass content changes are usually unwise without first consulting other editors and establishing a consensus. License tagging for File:Shkoder.png

Thanks for uploading File:Shkoder.png. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information.

Mass indiscriminate removal of templates such as this is disruptive editing, and you have already been warned about this above. Continued removal of templates

edit

This is your last warning. The next time you disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at Eurovision Song Contest 2007, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. This is your third warning of mass removal of templates, and it will not be tolerated any more. One more removal like this, and you will be blocked. CT Cooper · talk 12:22, 17 November 2011 (UTC)Reply

You have not been blocked; the above was a final warning that if you continue to remove templates without a reason, then you will be blocked. Thank you for donating to the project, however there is no right to edit Wikipedia and there are circumstances that editors have to be prevented from doing so when their edits become disruptive. Your edits removing templates from articles have had to be repeatedly reverted as they are disruptive, and to reiterate, you were asked twice to stop before a final warning was issued.

I get the impression that English is not your first language, and that the reason you continued removing the templates despite me asking you not to is because you did not understand the messages you were receiving. If this is the case, then please consider focusing your attention on the Wikipedia in your native language, that will welcome contributions. CT Cooper · talk 23:16, 17 November 2011 (UTC)Reply

December 2011

Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Flag of the United States, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear constructive, and has been reverted. Please make use of the sandbox if you'd like to experiment with test edits. Please see WP:Bold, revert, discuss. Your attempted changes have been rejected, it is now time to go to the article's talk page and discuss why you think your changes are justified. Ian.thomson (talk) 20:54, 3 December 2011 (UTC)Reply

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to blank out or remove portions of page content, templates or other materials from Wikipedia, as you did at Flag of the United States, you may be blocked from editing. Ian.thomson (talk) 20:51, 4 December 2011 (UTC)Reply

Why?

edit

Why do you continually remove the original date of adoption for the flag of the United States, yet approve of the date for the original flag of Albania? There's no reason to remove one while approving of the other. Ian.thomson (talk) 21:05, 4 December 2011 (UTC)Reply

Your edits to Flag of the United States appear to be a continuation of the problematic behaviour which you were warned about for Eurovision Song Contest articles. By continuously re-imposing edits on Flag of the United States, you are edit warring, which is not permitted. Refusing to respond to editors requests to stop is also unacceptable, and is considered disruptive. I am going to remind you again that if you continue this behaviour, you are likely to have your account blocked. CT Cooper · talk 22:52, 4 December 2011 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Skënder Drini

edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Skënder Drini requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.) or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.   Welcome to Wikipedia. Please do not replace pages with blank content, as you did with this edit to X Factor (Albania season 1), as this is confusing to readers. The page's content has been restored for now. If there is a problem with the page, it should be edited or reverted to a previous version if possible; if you think the page should be removed entirely, see further information. Thank you. Okay, this is your final warning now. You have told multiple times now not to edit war with other editors, and have repeatedly ignored such requests. Your style of editing - repeatedly re-inserting/re-removing content regardless of editor objections - is not acceptable on this project and must either change or you will now longer be allowed to edit. If I see one more instance of edit warring from this account, then I will block it for a minimum of one week. CT Cooper · talk 15:26, 6 February 2012 (UTC)Reply

Your RfA

edit

Hi there. It looks like you're putting together a request for adminship. You may not be aware that extensive experience (typically a few thousand edits) is required before most voters will seriously consider an RfA. I recommend you wait until you have more experience before submitting your RfA, as it is likely to be quickly closed. Please let me know if you have any questions. 28bytes (talk) 18:36, 6 February 2012 (UTC)Reply

The good news, though, is that the things you want to do (editing, uploading, joining subprojects, and fixing errors) do not require becoming an admin! You can do those things right now, because anyone can edit here. Please feel free to send me a message or reply here if you have questions about how to do anything specific. Regards! Thank you for uploading File:LuizEjlli.png. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright and licensing status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can verify that it has an acceptable license status and a verifiable source. Please add this information by editing the image description page. You may refer to the image use policy to learn what files you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. The page on copyright tags may help you to find the correct tag to use for your file. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

Please also check any other files you may have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. CT Cooper · talk 20:46, 6 February 2012 (UTC)Reply

Rejs12345, what I said at User talk:CT Cooper/Archive 7#Why? still stands. I would strongly recommend you do not attempt to seek adminship at this time. Please listen to the many comments on this page and read the help and policy pages provided for you. CT Cooper · talk 20:57, 6 February 2012 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Wikipedia:Requests for adminship/Rejs12345

Proposed deletion of Dimitris Korres

edit

The article Dimitris Korres has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No indication that subject meets WP:GNG or WP:NBIO.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
