I created a new article Mighty Max (toyline) and I wish to change the current Mighty Max article into a disambiguation page. Unfortunately, I haven't made 50 edits yet so I can't move articles yet, would someone be able to move Mighty MaxMighty Max (TV series) for me? I can fix all the redirects listed here. Okay what can I help you with? --Srikeit (Talk | Email) 18:11, 18 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Actually if the only other Mighty max related article is the toyline then the move needn't have been made. Only a link to the toyline article will suffice. I'll revert it now. --Srikeit (Talk | Email) 18:23, 18 June 2006 (UTC)Reply
Ok seems like there are three articles so I'll let the move stick. better fix the "What Links here" though. --Srikeit (Talk | Email) 18:26, 18 June 2006 (UTC)Reply
Yup, I'm working on that now. ( :

Fair use rationale for Image:Temple of Venom (Closed).jpg edit

Thanks for uploading Image:Temple of Venom (Closed).jpg. The image description page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Even though the above comments were made by a "robot", I'll mention here that I fixed it. R5t6y7 18:33, 20 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Asterix English Translations edit

The 33 main albums (and a lot of other material) have indeed been translated, but not everything -- Specific examples would be the illustrate storbooks from the mid-1980s that Uderzo did (along with the final 2 Dogmatix books, which were translated by Hockridge & Bell — unlike earlier Dogmatix books) ...--Invisifan 05:10, 22 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Orphaned non-free media (Image:Newbery Medal.jpg) edit

Thanks for uploading Image:Newbery Medal.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. NotifyBot (talk) 12:45, 17 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

Disputed non-free use rationale for File:Caldecott Medal.jpg edit

Thank you for uploading File:Caldecott Medal.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.

If it is determined that the file does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator within a few days in accordance with our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 08:39, 25 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Itoys edit

The article Itoys has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Now-bankrupt company that does not seem to meet the threshold of notability.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
