Re: Rock n' Roll Portal edit

All the stuff is on Portal, under how to create a portal. Problem is, I have no idea how to do create subpages, etc. But I can do the edits and select articles and everything else when the portal is set up and ready.Osbus 23:06, 16 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for working on it. As much as I appreciate the work (which I appreciate a lot), I am not too crazy over the layout. I did the design on Word, and if you send me your e-mail address(mine is osbus11@yahoo.com), I can send you the doc. Osbus 01:51, 17 March 2006 (UTC)Reply
Seems good...no you haven't annoyed me too much.

-The only thing I still don't quite like about our newly formed, incredible, amazing, fantastic portal is the orange heading. Maybe you can change that into silver or blue, or something? And rectangular and not roundish? As for the portal heading, I was checking out different portals and I saw that the Film portal had a significantly different heading, so each portal's heading can be different. To me, a portal's heading shows the theme/mood of the portal, kind of like how a userpage shows the user's personality. That's why I still want to use the heading I originally created (seems kind of more rock and rollish) -Also, for the intro and Featured article, there should be a link saying more, which would lead the reader to the full article

Btw, can you teach me how to edit the stuff myself? That way, you don't have to do all the work. We also need to find some new editors. I checked out the users with the userbox I enjoy Rock and left messages on their talk pages, but so far no one's responded. So, good work, would you like the honors of being portal maintainer w/ me or maybe HeretoHelp?(once I figure out how to actually edit the portal?Osbus 01:19, 18 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Design edit

Looks good, except the blue background should be changed to white and the border black. To do the border, look on my user page and click edit. Then you'll see how I did the gray border. btw we have a new contributor to the portal discussion- WoodenTaco.Osbus 01:54, 19 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

oh god what did I do Portal:Rock and RollOsbus 02:28, 19 March 2006 (UTC)Reply
nvm Heretohelp reverted it btw, sorry I was fooling around w/ the pic and I edited your version of the heading. Is that ok or do you want me to rv it?Osbus 03:47, 19 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Hi, I've nominated the workshop for the WP:GCOTW. Hopefully we can get some input from the Wikiproject and finally get this thing going. jacoplane 14:03, 6 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

Fair use rationale for File:Mariopartycharactermontage.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Mariopartycharactermontage.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Fastily (talk) 04:02, 6 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

Mario 3 listed at Redirects for discussion edit

An editor has asked for a discussion to address the redirect Mario 3. Since you had some involvement with the Mario 3 redirect, you might want to participate in the redirect discussion if you have not already done so. -- Tavix (talk) 17:08, 1 February 2018 (UTC)Reply
