If you mean, read-only copies of Wikipedia, then yes - there are lots of sites which copy either some, or all, of Wikipedia. No problem there; Wikipedia is free.

Pages are protected because they have been repeatedly vandalized or are the subject of an edit war. If you believe that the reason the page was protected is no longer a problem, it's best to contact the administrator who protected the page first and ask them to remove the protection. You can also request to have protection changed (added or removed) at Wikipedia:Requests for page protection. Shell ^babelfish 11:49, 11 January 2011 (UTC)

You can use the {{DISPLAYTITLE:}} template to alter what the title of a page looks like (for example, to change the font). You can look at Wikipedia:DISPLAYTITLE for more information on that, although it is relatively difficult to do.

I will assume you are looking for how to actually move a page to a new title. That can be done by going to the "down-arrow" at the top of your page, clicking that, and then clicking the "move" button on the menu that drops down. If you cannot move a page because the page has been move-protected (commonly done to prevent vandalism), you will not see the arrow. You can, however, place the following code at the bottom of the talk page of the article in question:

== Requested move == {{subst:move|NewName}} Place here your rationale for the proposed page name change, ideally referring to applicable naming convention policies and guidelines.--~~~~

Accounts

Generally you should use only one account unless there are special reasons for using more than one, and if you do have a good reason then you should state clearly on both accounts that they are alternative accounts of one person. If you use more than one account and anyone gets the impression that you are doing so for dishonest reasons then you are likely to be blocked from editing for sockpuppetry. If you do have more than one account it is perfectly possible to use the same email address for them. JamesBWatson (talk) 13:00, 1 February 2011 (UTC)

Yes, unless the specific talk page has also been protected (which is very rare).

Each specific page can be protected. For example, Classical liberalism‎ is currently fully protected (see [1]) - so only administrators can edit it; you will not see the 'edit' button. But Talk:Classical liberalism is not protected.

RENAMING

Tags in your sandbox

I've deactivated the speedy deletion, hangon, and helpme templates in your sandbox. Placing those tags there causes that page to show up in various category listings which, in effect, say that you're really trying to get the page deleted and ask for help. It's fine, in my opinion (though others may disagree), to try the tags in your sandbox, but please don't leave them active once you've seen how they work. Either deactivate them by putting tlp| or tlc| in front of them or delete them altogether. Good luck with your editing and welcome to Wikipedia. Yes - almost all information needs a reliable source - such as a newspaper, magazine, book or a reputable website (like BBC News, CNN). See WP:SOURCES.

How references work
