This is my very first time writing an article in Wikipedia and I am swimming in the ocean of words but I am not a good swimmer!

We need an article on Dr. H. James Harrington, an author who's contribution is notable (met the definition of Wikipedia) in Quality and innovation landscapes of technology world. Once we publish an article in Wikipedia, then all others worldwide will have the opportunity to contribute and share their knowledge about him which will inspire many others as Dr. H. James Harrington left a legacy behind him! He uplifted many lives and his stories will inspires many more! Hence I requested Wikipedia to publish an article on him and came to know that Wikipedia is run by volunteers and I can be one of those volunteers! Requesting a new article

You should not be creating pages about a subject where you may have a connection, or pages with an obviously promotional intent. You may request a new article about a subject a WP:RA. Please do not attempt to recreate pages that have been deleted for cause. If you have any questions you may request assistance at the WP:HELPDESK. I searched Wikipedia typing "Dr. H. James Harrington" to learn more about him after he died. I only came to know about him few months back and I found nothing in Wikipedia. That was the driving reason why I emailed to Wikipedia requesting for an article about him. Then I was emailed with instruction on how to create an article.

Now I am reading this "You should not be creating pages about a subject where you may have a connection, or pages with an obviously promotional intent"! It is obvious that we are not speaking the same language unfortunately! If you lack to understand other people's positive/good intention, at least you should not accuse and make up story please! Had I not received the email from Wikipedia with instructions to create the article about him, I would not had have wasted my time and other volunteers' time! I am withdrawing my request. Thank you!
