Copyright problems with Shukria (band)

Hello. Request reason:

i'm requesting this unblock due to the nature of who why and what this band is about, the members of shukria are currently in and are from other popular bands that are a part of and will always be a part of rock and roll history such as taking back sunday and the movielife both important bands in american rock culture. they do not need advertising on wiki for kids to want to know who they are and have released material through record labels in the past. yet they are a new underground band with indie level attention they have been mentioned in big magazines, played on major and college radio, and written about on various websites that are big in the music world. i may have not put it together properly but i can reassure you that mistake won't be made again if given that chance. i'm sorry as i'm completely new to wikipedia. and as far as the link to their bio on brookvale records website goes, that will not be a problem to not have included on their page and was removed immediately as soon as i saw that msg. this page as well as my user was def unjustly blocked. it was the first page i ever put up and i plan on adding my vast and accurate knowledge of music indie and major to the world cause that's what i know about. i'm sorry if i'm a music fan but that's what i care about reading writing and informing people about the most. i don't critique or judge people who only want to spread the good word on flowers, they should, as i should about music. shukria deserves a wikipedia page just as much as half these bands you have up that have done less than shukria has accomplishment wise and it isn't fair if it's a double standard. i can understand them being moved under shukria (band) but then blocked after that??? come on. just having the drummer from taking back sunday in the band alone should prove they don't need this for advertising. this band is relevant and the bio was taken from their page on brookvale records. everything will be redone according to proper standards. they mean something right now especially in the tri state area and people do want to know their history in which i will research better and put up the right way this time without referencing brookvale's page. i'd expect you'd understand what i'm saying here and hope you'd choose to do the right thing. thank you in advance

You're right, notability is not in the minds eye. if someone releases something thru major distribution they deserve it regardless of what you think. you have countless bands with not one professional release listed and this is exactly why everyone i know including major articles continue to state wikipedia is both biased and lame. best of luck with your personal grudges. not to mention that the recreated page was done correctly and you are absolutely wrong this time around. first time yes you were right. this time DEAD WRONG

Request reason:

if you still have and/or can look at the shukria (music) page everything was done within guidelines. i removed the biography in their history section that i took from brookvale records website and replaced it with the barebone basics of when the band was formed, what they released, and at what point the final member joined the band. i also removed all the references that were up as well. everything was stripped down to the bare basic facts. i do believe at that point it properly met your guidelines, however i still agree it should be under shukria (band) not shukria (music)

Since this request doesn't indicate that you understand the notability criteria yet, and since you're promising, if unblocked, to recreate the article even though it isn't clear how it meets those criteria, it would be wrong for me to undo this entirely appropriate block.
