Though I did not speedy delete the article, it is not satisfactory, and will undoubtedly be deleted after a discussion if not promptly improved. The organization would be notable because it publishes a notable journal -- the criteria for notability of a journal are that it be included in selective indexes such as SCI and Scopus.
