Evolutionary psychology of language

edit

Thank you for your article on the Evolutionary psychology of language. I have linked it to other articles, but it could be linked to even more articles.

I've also been tackling adding links to other articles. Linking is a key function of wikipedia articles that helps reduce redundancy of information across articles and aid the reader in understanding the subject. Articles without links are called "dead ends" because they don't link to other articles. Once you've read the article in question, there's not a direct way to get more info.

If you'd like to chip in, let me know (I'll watch this page) - and I can step aside.--CaroleHenson (talk) 19:57, 14 April 2013 (UTC)Reply

Content fork?

edit

The page Evolutionary psychology of language, which you recently created, seems to cover a topic quite similar to that of Origin of language and may constitute a content fork. Please see my comments at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Linguistics#Evolutionary psychology of language and contribute your opinions to that discussion. Cnilep (talk) 03:36, 15 April 2013 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Evolutionary psychology of language

edit

The article Evolutionary psychology of language has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

WP:OR content fork of Evolutionary linguistics.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
