It's clear that you REALLY want an article about this topic in Wikipedia. It is also clear (as the article has already been deleted as spam TWICE and is likely to be deleted a third time) that you have not written the right article about the topic. And, since your user name is the same as the topic, it's pretty clear that you are not the appropriate person to write the article, as Wikipedia articles are NOT intended to promote your own projects, but should rather be written by neutral third-party editors who can provide a balanced view of notable material (and your project may or may not be notable). If you REALLY feel that your project deserves an article, follow the request for article process, and let a neutral third-party editor write the article.
