I'm Slavic and Polish. Can you tell me why you have declined my article about Slavic Commonwealth ? What is your background that gives you a superiority to decline an article about Slavic Commonwealth to Slavic person ? Promanowski (talk) 16:13, 16 May 2024 (UTC)Reply

This is your only warning; if you make personal attacks on others again, as you did at Wikipedia:WikiProject_Articles_for_creation/Help_desk#16:11,_16_May_2024_review_of_submission_by_Promanowski, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Comment on content, not on other contributors or people. Insinuating that other editors are Nazis without justification is utterly unacceptable. Writ Keeper  16:30, 16 May 2024 (UTC)Reply

Well.. denying someone's right to exist is nazi. Is it not ? Promanowski (talk) 16:33, 16 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
You've basically decided to get blocked today, haven't you? -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 16:35, 16 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
1) No, it is not. 2) that's not what's happening here. Wikipedia is not intended to have articles on every possible subject under the sun; only those subjects that have been covered in reliable sources to a significant extent. Not having a Wikipedia article has nothing to do with "someone's right to exist". I don't have a Wikipedia article about myself, yet I exist. Writ Keeper  16:37, 16 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
1) Yes, it is. Denying someone's right to exist is nazi. 2) This is not "every possible subject under the sun". Slavic people make majority of Europe. This is first article on Wikipedia on Slavic people (not about myself only). Why you are denying it ? Who are you ? Promanowski (talk) 16:42, 16 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
The article on Slavic people already exists, and has existed since 2001. Writ Keeper  16:46, 16 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
No one is denying anyone's right to exist. No one has used those words to you. 331dot (talk) 12:54, 18 May 2024 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

The reason why I should be unblocked is because you need some people that have decency and other point of view (other than nazi)

Decline reason:

I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
  • the block is no longer necessary because you
    1. understand what you have been blocked for,
    2. will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
    3. will make useful contributions instead.

Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. Yamla (talk) 14:31, 18 May 2024 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Clarity

edit

I get the impression that this is your goal, but: just for clarity, to save everyone some time, if you ever use the words nazi or hitler again, you'll be blocked indefinitely with no warning, no further explanation, and no talk page access. --Floquenbeam (talk) 16:10, 18 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
