I think I may have overwritten some of your changes in this article due to an edit conflict. My apologies. Check the last version to see if you need to replace anything. - Realkyhick (Talk to me) 03:47, 21 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

I can, but if you'd like to learn for yourself (a sneaky way for me to get more people involved in Wikipedia), read this page on references. And holler if you need help. - Realkyhick (Talk to me) 04:35, 21 March 2010 (UTC)Reply
Oh, I don't mind at all. But basically you add <ref> and </ref> tags around the link in the story text. With a {{reflist}} template placed in the story (it's already in this one), the references will automatically be placed there, properly numbered. Magic, eh? It's not really all that hard. - Realkyhick (Talk to me) 04:50, 21 March 2010 (UTC)Reply
Yep, you got it! You catch on quick. :-) Just remember to remove the links from the "External links" section when your done to remove redundancies. Congratulations, you're now a full-fledged Wikipedia editor who properly sources articles! Take a gold star out of petty cash. - Realkyhick (Talk to me) 05:16, 21 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

Your recent edits edit

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button   located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 05:10, 21 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

More on referencing edit

Congratulations. Fight Pastor is now much improved. A couple of additional notes. All quotations and any facts likely to be challenged (or that have been challenged) should be supported with an inline citation -- a footnote.

Bare URLs should ideally not be used, at least a descriptive title should be supplied. You have done that on Fight Pastor. Beyond that, providing useful publication data, often called metadata, about the work cited. Thisd can be doen in any of several ways, but I favor the use of the citation templates, such as {{cite news}}, {{cite web}}, and {{cite book}}. These format the citation in a consistent way, and provide for a variety of useful metadata. The citation templates are never required, but you might want to consider using them.

If I can be of further help, just put a message on my talk page. DES (talk) 15:08, 21 March 2010 (UTC)Reply
