added personal note edit

Thanks for your work on the Occupation article. Starting with myself, I'm trying to make sure everyone who has been making multiple content edits gets the word that the arb AP case applies to most, if not all, of the article. It does not imply any problems with your edits. I'll be happy to talk more about it if you wish. Just leave a note here, I'm watching this location for a few days. Forts of Montenegro edit

I just wanted to thank you for the great work you have done, practically single-handedly, on articles related to Montenegrin fortifications. I was surprised by the quality of the articles. Well done. Cheers. Sideshow Bob 08:40, 26 February 2016 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for your kind comments! There are quite a few more forts around the Boka Kotorska that I didn't get the chance to visit or write about, but I hope to tackle them some time. Prioryman (talk) 12:51, 3 March 2016 (UTC)Reply

"a bag over his head" edit

I noticed a small typo, "node" vs. "nod", in a quote you added back in 2013 to History of Gibraltar#Gibraltar as a colony. But then I was struck at the 'tone' of the quote and tried to find that source. The version of the source I could find had a markedly tamer passage.

The Google books version is 1831, a doesn't mention an edition number in Volume II where the quote was found. A volume one at Google books says "A new and revised Edition" and "Third Edition enlarged."

Any idea what 'edition' you had accessed? Can it really be that the book was _that_ revised in the edition I found? All that unseemliness removed? Shenme (talk) 03:25, 3 March 2016 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for picking up on that typo. I'm afraid don't know which edition it was - I read it in hard copy in the British Library. It evidently went through multiple editions so I'd guess that the one I read was earlier than the online copies that you've found. Prioryman (talk) 12:48, 3 March 2016 (UTC)Reply

Continued disruption at R2-45 edit

Laval has yet again deleted sourced content from R2-45. There is now a substantial list of Laval's deletions [1] [2] [3] [4] [5][6] plus those deletions by Sfarney [7] [8] [9] [10] . The article has been discussed at ANI once RSN, ANI again, DRN, and ANI a third time. After all that, the behavior still continues. You seem to know Wikipedia best, could you please refer the matter to whomever is the appropriate person or group to deal with the disruption. Feoffer (talk) 03:14, 21 May 2016 (UTC)Reply
