Request reason:

Sir, I was new to Wikipedia. I made many accounts by mistake. Some account did not remember the password. Forgive me & unlock me.

Decline reason:

Given the number of accounts involved, there's no way this was a "mistake". Again, due to the number of confirmed accounts, you are de facto banned, not simply blocked, and a community discussion would be required before any unblock would be considered. Given that you were socking earlier this month, the earliest such a discussion could take place under the standard offer would be June 7th, 2020. You may, if you wish, make another appeal after that date. Yunshui  08:16, 23 December 2019 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
